How to improve shoulder mobility in the way you need it most

Dr. Greg Goldberger

The shoulder joint is one that needs to be mobile.

If it's not mobile enough, it drastically influences our ability to perform in sport, lift overhead in the gym, or maintain health of the joint.

One of the most common things we see in our shoulder patients is poor mobility in the posterior aspect of the joint which put increased stress and loading through the sensitive importance structures in the front of the joint such as the biceps tendon and the supraspinatus which is the main rotator cuff tendon.
