At Movement Driven, we’re not a fan of unwanted surprises…so here’s what you can expect from your first consultation with us.


We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow you to move around well. Closed toed shoes are ideal. You won’t be left on a stationary bike or left doing simple exercise you could easily do on your own.


During your initial consultations, we will go over your injury or limitation, performance/medial history, and any questions and concerns you may have. Most importantly we focus on YOUR GOALS and ambitions.


From there we will transition into a comprehensive movement assessment and diagnostic special testing while keeping open dialogue, so you understand what we’re examining and why.

If there are any services we can perform that day to relieve pain and discomfort, such as soft tissue mobilization or joint mobilization, rest assured we will do so during your first appointment.

By the end of the evaluation, we will be able to develop a plan of care for reaching your goals and peak performance levels.
